  Today is Saturday so let's see what his routine is like.  John is filming his second full-length film so he has different habits.  He gets up at 6 am and has oats for breakfast.  Then at 7 he starts the first 4 hour-session in the water. After that, he eats some eggs and avocados and by noon he sleeps a nap to keep his energy levels up.  When he gets up, he eats fish and vegetables for lunch and then he starts his second 4 hour- session.  At around 5 pm he has pasta for dinner because he goes to bed at 8 pm.
